Based on the legal requirements of Art. 8 et seq. of the Financial Services Act (FinSA), an overview of Plutos Asset Management (Switzerland) Ltd (hereinafter the "Financial Institution") and its services is provided below.

The financial institution was founded in 1999. Under the new Financial Institutions Act (FinIA), all financial institutions require a license from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA to carry out their professional activities as asset managers. The financial institution received its license on 7 April 2022 and is supervised by the AOOS. The financial institution is affiliated with the independent ombudsman OFS, which is recognized by the Federal Department of Finance. Disputes about legal claims between clients and the financial institution should, where possible, be settled by the ombudsman's office as part of a mediation procedure:

The financial institution provides asset management services for its clients.
For detailed information on the main rights and obligations arising from an asset management agreement, please refer to the corresponding agreements between the financial institution and its clients. The financial institution has all the necessary licenses to provide the services described above.
3 Client segmentation
Financial service providers must assign their clients to a legally defined client segment. The Financial Services Act provides for the segments "private clients", "professional clients" and "institutional clients". Based on Art. 4 para. 7 FinSA, the financial institution treats all its clients as private clients and thus grants them the highest possible level of investor protection.

Asset management services entail financial risks. The financial institution provides all clients with the brochure "Risks involved in trading financial instruments" before the contract is concluded. This can also be viewed at swissbanking.org. If clients of the financial institution have any further questions, they can contact their advisor at any time. A fee is charged for the services provided, which is normally calculated on the assets under management. 5 Information on ties to third parties
Economic ties to third parties may exist in connection with the financial services offered by the financial institution. The acceptance of payments from third parties and their treatment are regulated in detail and comprehensively in the asset management agreements.
